Construction next door to the Cappa compound.

The new owners of the property next to my house are slowly moving in a lot of earth moving equipment. I'm kinda bummed cause they're going to be bulldozing my personal off-road playland. Anyway, they are still soaking the dirt every couple of days with oversized sprinklers. Today they delivered a D-8 dozer and installed some huge rippers on it. They needed a crane to put them on. I'm thinking I need to open my own used equipment sales yard. Here's the tractor lot. See anything ya need? They're going cheap! Make me offers, no title...buyer must provide transport. In the meantime I can steal some build ideas from the John Deeres and a Cat. The old rock chimney that's been there forever still stands (right side of photo) but I'm thinking it's gonna get axed this week. At least I hope. I'm tired of waiting...and I'm missing a lot of work just to be here when it comes down. -John Cappa
