Tube Flareing Tool

Every year or so I get the urge to just unload my junk. This includes, Jeeps, axles, tires, wheels, or whatever it is that seems to be cluttering my yard and garage at the time. Too much clutter bogs me down. Normally I don't follow through but selling the deuce got me on a roll. So this year I acted on the urge and cleaned house...er garage and yard. Technically I am now down to owning one running vehicle. And it's not even a Jeep (the JK is still in the shop, and technically it's not mine). Of course I still have the Flatrod and my never-ending Juggy project, which I am a little closer to finishing.

Now that I don't have as many vehicles distracting my attention with oil changes, exhaust leaks, burned out headlights, and so on, I figure I can get to work on my Juggy. So I ordered a tube flaring tool to build the brake lines. In the past I would simply piece together straight brakelines from the parts store and bend them as needed. This often resulted in a less than clean installation. There were always extra loops needed to take up the slack here and there. So when I bought the tool I took everyones advice and didn't cheap out. I bought the super whiz-bang hydraulic one. It'll stamp a double-flare in two easy steps. Problem is now my tool box is too small. Half my tools don't even fit in it anymore so they kind of find themselves on the floor next to the toolbox. And technically it's not even my toolbox, Hazel is letting me borrow it. I outgrew my tool box years ago. Ehh, maybe next year I'll unclutter that part of my life.
