Worst Jeep dealer ever

If you read the earlier post about the JK going to the dealer for some warranty work you'll know that it was not fixed at that time. They had to order parts. Now I'm not some whiny ass that wants my Jeep fixed in an unrealistic miracle time, but I do expect it to get fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

So I took the Jeep in early Monday morning to get the new rear locker and door seals installed. The dealer told me they needed it for 2 days. No biggie. I called Tuesday afternoon and everything is supposedly done except for two roof seals. They needed it another day, apparently they forgot to order these two parts. Great! So I call Wednesday afternoon and it's still not done. I call Thursday mid-day and it's still not done. Thursday at close? Nope, but it should be done first thing early Friday morning. Perfect! I call Friday morning, and now I can't even get a call back and it's nearly noon. They have had my Jeep a total of 9 1/2 days. In that amount of time they should be able to swap out the entire drivetrain! And I'm betting my roof seals and locker swap still isn't done...I'm driving down to the dealer right now and getting this taken care of! Valencia Power Jeep in California is one of the worst dealers I have ever been to. I would never recommend this place. Stay tuned for part III. There is more.
