After tack welding the exhaust down pipes and Y-pipe while it was in the chassis, I removed the assembly to fully weld it together.

The exhaust needed to be assembled in two different pieces. This way I only need to make one connection while it's in the chassis. This system works out well for me because I hate the weld burns associated with welding out of position.
