I've been reluctant to replace the hood on my 715, even though it is dented, rusted, and otherwise hammered because its got a neat stencil on the underside of it, and really a dented hood is the least of my worries.  But recently I've come across a few other hoods with stencils on them, all a bit different than mine.  So, I'm now thinking whatever motor pool last had the Mtruck in its possession was the one to paint the stencil on the hood and that wording was largely up to the local motor pool.

Anyone else seen stencils like this?  Got pics?  Or just the wording thereof?

Now that I know my hood isn't so rare to have stenciling and that it was largely a motor pool thing, I'm good with putting a decent hood on my truck, and just redoing the stencil on the underside.  After seeing a few others like mine, I'm good with tossing my trashed hood.

Now I just need to find a hood in decent shape somewhere near me.
