You might have noticed I haven't blogged the last couple of days.  That's because I've been getting ready for a cross-country road trip.

7. Yea I read Editor in the title, and thought: I wonder why John is going to Pete's area of the country? Huh? (you know how he gets the urge for road trips) Then I bothered to read the tag line for the blog (only after trying to poke a little fun at Mr. Cappa). Oopse! My fault! Have fun on your trip!

8. Gotcha.

Its funny, you can tell who has written for a magazine and who hasn't. Only someone who has written for a book would make that error. Anyone outside definately wouldn't, most industry people wouldn't, and even many people involved in the production process wouldn't automatically assume "Editor" to be one and only one person.
