Tomorrow I'm going to a swap meet for the first time since I came to CA.  You guys should come too.

I used to go to the Englishtown swap meet back home every spring and fall.  I'd go and walk it with a few hundred bucks in my pocket, or some years I'd get a spot and sell stuff.  Whatever the case, for two weekends a year I was scrounging parts.

I can tell you about the NV4500 I let go cause I didn't ID it quick enough, or the 5 35's I scored and then had to figure out how to get them in the Jeep to take home, or the story of the rocks for sale, or the chick who told me (of all people) "It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand".

Point is, since I've been in CA, I've not been to a swap meet..  Tomorrow I'm going to rectify that by going to one in Simi Valley that Gen Right is throwing.

Yeah, I'm a *** for not giving you guys much warning.  I didn't decide I was going until I packed the Jeep up with stuff to sell.  It'll be my first swap meet in 5 or 6 years.

The swap meet will be at 1816 Angus Ave, Simi Valley, CA, it starts at 7 am and runs till we all leave.  Yeah, its gonna rain, man up.  We've all wheeled in the rain before, and that gets a lot messier. There will be a BBQ whose proceeds will go to CORVA and keeping Johnson Valley open for us to wheel in.  So, even if you don't want some screaming deals on some Jeep parts, c'mon down for some good BBQ and to help keep JW open.  Oh, and bring your wagon.
