Old Hatari Photos

I stumbled across some old photos of my dearly departed "Project Hatari!" '71 CJ-6. Man, I wish I didn't have to sell that Jeep.

It's in Florida now. The guy who bought it tried his hand at "fixing" the body before learning he wasn't a very good hammer, dolly, and sheetmetal guy. Apparently he then yanked the body off the frame and tossed it. Then more important stuff came up and it's been sitting in his shop - just a chassis - for a few years. Oh well.

Bumms me out a little because aside from my orange flattie, this CJ-6 and my old Ramcharger were my two favorite rigs I've built. The CJ-6's mojo is gone and the guy who bought my Ramcharger sold it to a guy who sold it to a guy who parted it out and cubed the remainder.

Eh, you can't hold on to them all. But sometimes I wish you could.
