I've been getting more and more JK questions from readers. Problem is, I don't own or drive a JK so I can't really give advice from personal experience. I've been thinking the best way to bring myself up to speed on 'em is to buy one.

But they're still so darn expensive. I've had my eye out for a decent four-door 2x4 version with the six-speed, but nothing has surfaced yet. I really can't't want to pay more than $15-$16K for it, so that means the bare-bones, strippy model with some miles on it. No Rubicon or Sahara for me. Heck, I'd be lucky if I can afford one with a radio.
