I love Wahoo's Fish Taco's #10 Kalua Pig Bowl. Any of my friends from the office will tell you that. We used to have a Wahoo's right near our building on Wilshire Blvd and I'd always drag the whole gang there for lunch when I went into the office. Now, I only get my Wahoo's fix when I happen to be passing by one...like last weekend.
Each Wahoo's is decorated with So Cal culture memorabilia, like surfboards, motorcycles, and so on. I've been in this particular Wahoo's in Temecula, CA before, but the old-school P.K. Ripper BMX bike wasn't hanging on the wall. Back in my BMX days the Ripper was the bomb on the race track. I rode a Skyway T/A that I got brand-new in '83 (and still own, by the way), but it was more of a freestyle bike, not an actual racer. I hit the track with the Skyway a couple times and found the Rippers I rode back then just mopped the track with it.
