Housing woes

I've been searching for a place to live in Southern California near Jp's El Segundo headquarters. Unfortunatly, I havn't been able to locate the right living situation within my budget.

I've sifted through the various listings shown on Craig's List. I've even joined Westside Rentals, a website designed for renters looking for places in the West Los Angeles area. Everything I've found either requires way too much cash up front, or it doesn't have parking for over sized or allow multiple vehicles per tenant. Not only would I have to find a separate place to park the three Jeeps, full-size pickup, and two trailers that I own, but also I would need to save up for several months to afford the move-in expenses.

All I really need is a warehouse space with a bathroom, but most commercial buildings do not allow tenants to stay overnight, or if they do they want a ton of $ per month.

Does anyone reading this know of anyone looking to rent a warehouse space for $400-600 per month? It must be at least 45' deep and have secure parking, power, and water, and be within about 10 to 15 miles of El Segundo, CA.
